QBiz Leads AI

Your privacy

Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information QBiz Leads AI collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and what your rights are. We have kept it short and honest. It describes how we work, and it is not legal advice.

Who we are

QBiz Leads AI provides AI visibility and optimization services for lead-driven businesses across the United States and the United Kingdom. Our services are delivered remotely. When this page says "we," "us" or "QBiz," it means QBiz Leads AI.

QBiz Leads AI is a United Kingdom based business and is the party responsible for the personal information collected through this website. In data protection terms, that makes us the data controller for the information described below, and we handle personal information to the UK GDPR standard.

If you want to ask about your information, or exercise any of your rights, you can email us at support@qbizleadsai.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the QBiz Leads AI website and the few places on it where you can send us information: the AI visibility check form, the option to book a call with us, and the comment box on our blog posts. It also explains the service providers we rely on to make those features work, and the third-party video player used on a couple of our pages.

Most of this website is made of static pages that you can read without giving us anything at all. You only share information with us when you choose to fill in a form, book a call or leave a comment.

The AI visibility check form

On our AI visibility check page you can request a review of how your website appears to AI search tools. If you choose to use that form, it asks for your name and email address so we can send your results and follow up about the check.

The form is handled by AWeber, an email marketing service based in the United States. When you submit the form, the name and email you enter are sent to AWeber, which adds you to our contact list so we can deliver your visibility check and related follow-up messages about our services. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time using the link in the footer of each message, and you can also ask us to remove you by emailing support@qbizleadsai.com.

We use this information to respond to your request and to talk with you about AI visibility and optimization. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

Our lawful basis is your consent for the marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing, and our legitimate interest in replying to you and taking the steps you have asked for toward possibly working together. We keep contact details from this form for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Booking a call with us

Some of our pages give you the option to book a free consultation instead of filling in a form. When you choose to schedule a call, the booking is handled by HubOneOS, an appointment scheduling platform. The booking page asks for the details needed to set up the call, such as your name and email address, and it records the date and time you pick.

Those booking details are processed by HubOneOS so the appointment can be created and confirmed, and they reach us so we can prepare for and attend the call. We use this information only to arrange and hold the consultation you asked for. Our lawful basis is taking the steps you have requested ahead of possibly working together. If you would like your booking details removed afterwards, email us at support@qbizleadsai.com.

Comments on our blog

If you leave a comment on one of our blog posts, the comment box asks for your name, your email address and your comment. You decide what to write.

The comment box is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service based in the United States. When you submit a comment, Web3Forms takes what you typed and forwards it to our business email inbox at support@qbizleadsai.com so we receive it. Our blog pages are static, so there is no database or comment system stored on this website; your comment simply travels to our inbox as an email.

Every comment is moderated before it appears. Nothing you submit is published automatically. We read your comment, decide whether to publish it, and if we do publish it we show your name and comment only. Your email address is never published. We use your email only if we need to contact you about your comment. Our lawful basis for handling blog comments is your consent, given when you choose to submit one. If you would like a published comment taken down, email us and we will remove it.

Video on our pages

A small number of our pages include a video. The video is hosted and played using Kartra, a US-based platform, through its embedded video player. The player is used to show the video and nothing more. We do not run Kartra's visitor analytics on this site, so the video player is used for playback only and does not track visitors across our pages.

As with any embedded media, the video player may need to load files from Kartra in order to play, and it may set its own functional cookies if you press play. Those are controlled by the provider and are limited to making the video work.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently run analytics software, and it does not set analytics or tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not follow you from page to page or around the web. Because there are no analytics or tracking cookies in use, there is no cookie consent banner on this site, and you will not be asked to accept one.

The only cookies that might be set are functional ones placed by the third-party tools described above (the video player, the visibility check form and the call booking page) when you actually use those features. Those cookies exist to make the feature work and are governed by each provider's own privacy practices.

We do plan to add a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool called GoatCounter in the future, which counts visits without using cookies or building personal profiles. We will update this policy before that goes live, and this page will describe exactly how it works once it is in place.

The service providers we use

We keep our setup simple, and we rely on a small set of service providers (sometimes called processors) to make the website's interactive features work. Each one only handles your information to the extent needed to provide its part of the service, and acts on our instructions.

  • AWeber (United States): email marketing service that handles the AI visibility check form and delivers our follow-up emails.
  • HubOneOS (United States): appointment scheduling platform that handles call bookings when you schedule a consultation.
  • Web3Forms (United States): form-to-email service that forwards blog comments to our inbox.
  • Kartra (United States): platform that hosts and plays the video on a few of our pages, used for playback only.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, but that is the exception and not part of how we normally work.

Where your information is processed

The service providers listed above are based in the United States. That means when you use one of these features, the information you submit is transferred to and processed in the United States. We choose established providers for these features and rely on them to handle your information securely, under their own data terms. If you would like to know more about how a particular provider handles data, you can review that provider's own privacy policy.

This website serves visitors in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Whoever you are and wherever you are, we handle your information the same way, to the UK GDPR standard described on this page.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it. Inquiries and visibility check details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, in case you come back to us, unless you become a client or you ask us to delete them sooner. Booking details are kept for as long as we need them to arrange and follow up on your consultation. For blog comments, we keep the email that contains your submission only while we moderate it, and we do not maintain a separate store of unpublished comment emails. If you would like anything removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law gives you rights over your personal information. In the United Kingdom these rights come from the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and similar rights apply in other regions. In plain terms, you can ask us to:

  • See what we hold about you;
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • Delete your information when we no longer need it;
  • Restrict or object to how we use it;
  • Receive a copy of the information you gave us, in a portable format, where that applies;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on your consent, such as unsubscribing from our emails.

To exercise any of these, email us at support@qbizleadsai.com. We will not charge you, and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in the United Kingdom and you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please come to us as well.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website or its forms work, or we add a new tool such as the planned cookieless analytics, we will update this page so it stays accurate. The date below tells you when it was last reviewed.
